My recent stay at Seoul 53 Hotel Insadong was a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is within walking distance to the subway station and insadong. The room I stayed in was clean and the beds were comfortable. The basic amenities provided, such as soap and small towels, were satisfactory.

This hotel is located in a nice area, right in the very center of Seoul at a small alley near Anguk station where the palaces are located. The location is perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The staff here is friendly and attentive, offering great service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, including a private bathroom.
No major improvements needed, all was ok.

The room was clean and basic, with a decent bed and pillow. Good access to downtown, near two subway stations. Conveniently located next to a traditional village with nice restaurants and bars. Late check-in at 10:30 pm, but most nearby restaurants were already closed.

The hotel had clean and spacious rooms, with traditional Korean underfloor heating, made it warm and comfy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was located just a short walk from the subway, near a traditional hanok village with great restaurants and bars. Easy to organize airport shuttle.

Terrible bed with springs poking through. Cleaning service was poor, with dirty floors and lack of proper room cleaning.
